I am storing Arabic texts with "Erab" (Erab is used with Arabic alphabets
above or beneath the letter to show how the letter must be read) . But the
user might not enter Erab for the search. Is it possible to ask fulltext
indexes to ignore Erab?!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Hilary,
I send two words:

ÌÈá
ÌÈöá

These words are not equal in FTS.
Thanks,
Leila

Sorry Leila, but these will be recognized as different characters. Try to
FreeText search, this might yield better results, but you might have to use
the Thesaurus option.
